What are you working on? The name of the project(s): UFL Genres: Simulation, Sports Platforms: Console, PC For which tasks (responsibilities)? We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the UI Development Team.
Responsibilities: As the Senior UI Engineer at Strikerz, you will be responsible for ensuring that our UI system is both robust and scalable, enabling fast iterations and short release cycles. You will have the support of the team to help you achieve goals, and to create high-quality interfaces that enhance the gaming experience of our future players. Using C++, UMG, and Unreal Engine, you will be instrumental in making the Strikerz game fun and accessible to all players.
Your tasks will include taking prototype design ideas and refining them to create fluent, easy-to-use UI features, effects, and tools. You will be working in close collaboration with artists, designers, and other engineers throughout this process.
What kind of professional are we looking for? More than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer;
An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills;
A team-player mindset and positive attitude;
Good C++ knowledge;
Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and Unreal Motion Graphics (UMG);
UI features development experience on a launched gaming project;
English level sufficient for reading technical documentation;
Passion for game development.
