We are looking for a Software Developer in Oracle PL/SQL, APEX and Java to join the Software Factory Team.
The position will be based in Porto, and you will report to Head of Software Factory Porto.
You will primarily be responsible for: Creating designs for new applications based on Product Owners and Functional Analyst specifications.Writing and maintaining code for applications using computer programming languages used in Euronext Securities.Testing the development of the code components to ensure they meet standards, performance and security.Providing technical support for existing applications, including troubleshooting problems with code components.Required Skills and Experience: IT Engineer or similar role or proven experience as a Software Developer.Programming language: Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Java programming languages, with 3+ years of experience.Event-Driven Architecture: Strong understanding and practical experience in building event-driven systems.Spring Boot: Extensive experience in developing applications using Spring Boot framework.Kafka: Experience with Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications.PostgreSQL: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL including performance tuning and optimization.Design and implement scalable and reliable event-driven architectures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write and maintain technical documentation.Attention to detail and problem-solving.Professionalism and strong work ethic.English oral and written communication skills.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Nice-to-Have Skills: DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.Working with us means: A vibrant international and diverse team where you'll collaborate with a network of 2,200+ talents across Europe, USA and Asia.A collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters professional growth with flexible career paths, learning and development opportunities.An agile, innovative and dynamic company where you can make an impact.Wellbeing programme, equal opportunities, work environment open to diversity in all its forms.Apply by submitting a CV in English.
