Flexibility: Hybrid (1 remote per week + additional 20 days per year)

Key Responsibilities:Assist the team leader in developing, designing, and implementing client software systems.Serve as a team member or individual contributor on development projects.Review test procedures, refine existing protocols, and enhance system functionality.Study and analyze existing office procedures, prepare system flow charts, and describe operations through logic diagrams.Debug, troubleshoot, and document programs for reliability and efficiency.Conduct code reviews and analyze design documentation created by peers.Provide support and troubleshooting for users facing software or database issues.Lead projects, including preparing project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring objectives are met within scope and budget.Train and orient staff and users to new systems or tools.Develop and implement programming specifications, define logic, and establish database design standards.Collaborate with team members on implementing new software systems, tools, and communication solutions.Perform and support software releases while maintaining high-quality standards.Required Education and Experience:Strong knowledge of .NET and SQL Server.Minimum 4 years of experience in client-based application development, encompassing design and programming.Technologies like NPOI, MyGeneration, NANT, CruiseControls, NUnit, XML, JSON, WebServices, WCF, and Design PatternsExperience with reporting services.MSSQL Server DBA skills (preferred but not mandatory).Core Competencies:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong teamwork and communication abilities.Experience working in collaborative, project-driven environments.Adaptability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.Why Join Allyn?At Allyn International, our corporate values include growth, well-being, creativity, and integrity.
