Within our IT department, the Trading and Treasury Development team our mission is to deliver robust, scalable applications that empower traders and treasury officers to excel in a fast-paced environment. As a Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Trading and Treasury Development team, where you'll design, implement, and maintain mission-critical applications for our front-office users.

What you'll do
Develop high-quality, scalable solutions under tight deadlines to meet the needs of our demanding users.
Tackle challenging production issues when they arise, providing expert 3rd level support to resolve critical problems.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Contribute to software architecture and design decisions, ensuring our solutions are robust and scalable.
Enhance and maintain a robust automated test suite, ensuring high test coverage.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, embracing best practices and innovative solutions.
What you'll need
Technical Excellence: Proficiency in building scalable applications with ASP.NET/C#. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and API development.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions.
Curiosity and Eagerness to Learn: Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Experience working in agile teams and a strong desire to collaborate with peers and business stakeholders.
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with both relational and non-relational database systems.
