This company works with major Telecom companies worldwide and is developing a new software product for mobile telecommunications networks.Your New RoleLead requirements and design of software solutions, translating high-level requirements into concrete architectures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including management, UX/UI designers, and quality assurance to deliver comprehensive solutions.Actively participate in the development process by writing code, reviewing code contributions, and troubleshooting technical issues.Understand the latest technologies, specifications, and industry trends in areas like SIP, VoIP, and messaging.Know-how about cloud resources from the main providers (AWS, Azure, and GCP) to deliver highly-scalable and highly-reliable solutions.Maintain updated project plans for the timely delivery of software releases.Regularly report project status and milestones using clear and concise terms.Assist in preparing RFI/RFP responses.Perform technical and functional presentations to customers.What You'll Need to SucceedBSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or related.Minimum +10 years of experience with software solutions in the telecommunications sector, with 2 years preferably spent in solutions architecture in the Telecom domain.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Kotlin, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.Experience with agile methodologies.Technical background in Telco with a strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and messaging.Proficient in Unix/Linux.Proactively and energetically lead projects in a team environment.Must be fluent in English and possess good communication skills (written and verbal).Strong organisational skills and presentation abilities.Proactive, able to take initiative and operate independently.What You'll GetFlexible Work Model: Office attendance varies based on distance from the office.Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits.Innovative Projects: Work on cutting-edge software solutions.Collaborative Environment: Engage with cross-functional teams.Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and development.
