About The Role
This is a newly created role reporting to our Global Creative Director, responsible for developing, executing, and optimising a multi-platform social strategy for each of our internal brands. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to amplify our presence across various social platforms, driving user engagement, and building communities around our crypto and gaming products.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy: Lead the development of a social media strategy for each of our brands.Platform-Specific Execution: Identify the best platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, etc.) for each brand and create a distinct strategy for content creation, community engagement, and growth on each platform.Viral Content Creation: Work with the Content and Marketing teams to create viral content that resonates with our audience and sparks engagement. Leverage memes, influencer partnerships, and user-generated content to increase reach.Campaign Management: Plan and execute social campaigns for product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms and maximising impact.Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media content and campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and content teams to align social media strategy with overall brand goals and ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all platforms.Community Building: Develop strategies to build and foster highly engaged communities around our products, with a focus on crypto and iGaming audiences.Trends & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of emerging trends in social media, content creation, and Web3 culture. Conduct regular competitive analysis to ensure our brands remain relevant and ahead of the curve in terms of social media presence. Our Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within a top media platform. A strong understanding of Web3, crypto, and/or iGaming is highly desirable.Viral Content Expertise: Proven track record of creating and executing viral social media campaigns that have driven significant engagement and growth. About You Strategic Thinker: Ability to think big-picture and create a cohesive social strategy, while also being hands-on in content planning and execution.Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of key social platforms (TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Discord) and how to leverage each for maximum engagement and brand growth.Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience using data to drive strategic decisions and optimise performance.Creativity & Innovation: A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and push boundaries in content creation and social media engagement.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and industry landscapes.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and on-brand messaging across platforms.
