Since we started in 2018, we delivered a broad range of software solutions to our clients, ranging from an all-in-one mobility on demand solution and a suite of products for used car management and after-sales services, to e-commerce solutions and tailored software development.For our software factory in Porto, we are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our products.SkillsYour responsibilities:- Manage social media accounts and run paid campaigns;- Develop social media content from ideation, to designing visuals and crafting engaging copy;- Develop engaging video and static assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels;- Create and implement social media marketing strategies, including content calendars and performance measurement;- Supervise community engagement, moderate comments, and monitor daily interactions with posts;- Create monthly reports and campaign performance reports to provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvements based on the data;- Follow social media trends, and make recommendations for optimization and innovation;- Design visual presentations for advertising, and create visual content such as infographics, and other assets for websites, print material, point of sales material.Key Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree or similar education in Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing;- 2+ years of proven experience using graphic design and social media for brand building;- Experience with design tools, such as Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with social media tools, such as Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory);- Passion for and good knowledge of social media;- Experience in B2B marketing;- Experience in designing creative layouts for print and digital channels;- Good at crafting compelling copies;- Experience with Hootsuite would be appreciated);- Video editing skills, with tools such as Adobe premiere or similar is a plus;- Knowledge in further Digital marketing, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization) practices is a plus;- Fluency in English.
