We are hiring a Social Media Specialist for a multinational technological company.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
Monitor social media trends, best practices, new content, and emerging technologies to enhance social media presence and effectiveness.
Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports with the help of our agency.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising policies.
Identify and engage with brand advocates to amplify reach and enhance brand awareness.
Assist in weekly EU social media meetings to receive important info regarding the discipline: calendar, campaigns, reports.
Assist in weekly meetings with divisions to lead conversations regarding HQ campaigns and be alert of all local initiatives that need to be developed.
Work closely with the community manager and influencer specialist.
Transcribe all HQ materials with the agency, being proactive and ensuring that materials are ready to post by the CM on time (1 day in advance).
Lead the production of all social media materials and campaigns with the agency.
Be responsible for the strategy to open a TikTok channel at the beginning of 2025.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree related to Advertising, Marketing, or a similar area.
Previous experience in Social Media departments and/or Media Agencies will be a plus.
A fluent level of Portuguese and English; Spanish will be an asset.
High-level proficiency in MS Office.
Solid and demonstrable knowledge of the Social Media communication environment, with special emphasis on digital environments.
Effective time management, organization, and flexibility to adapt quickly to changes.
Good communication skills; dynamic, flexible, team player, and proactive.
Problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and openness to new ideas and changes.
A high level of interest and passion for Marketing and brand communication.
Integration in a dynamic team and participation in challenging projects.
