Social Media Specialist

The COE Digital Marketing of Brand Department intends to recruit a Social Media Specialist.
What you will do: Create and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement; Develop and manage the Brand Content Calendar, dealing day-to-day with agency partners; Monitor and engage to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms; Analyze social media data and insights to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies; Collaborate with the brand and communication teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals; Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Employment type: Full-Time

Work Location:  Lisbon
What are we looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Adversiting or Digital Marketing; Minimum of 3/4 years proven experience managing & growing social media accounts; Experience using tools related to Digital Marketing activity (e.g. Meta Business Manager, Sprinklr, etc); Good aesthetic & creative instincts for content review from creators and agency partners; Ability to create, organize, and execute a multi-channel content calendar; Great collaborative skills for developing company brand & social media; Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written); More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with  our purpose .
