Mission
The Social Media Real Estate Specialist is responsible for driving brand awareness and help to create additional business throughout social media platforms. Will be accountable for developing and executing social media strategies that engage the target audience, promote listings, and enhance the brand presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, social media trends, and content creation, with a focus on driving engagement and generating leads.
Main Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to promote Real Estate listings and other relevant content across platforms such as Instagram/Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok including other social media that is necessary.
Create and curate engaging content, including photos, videos, and written posts, that resonate with the target audience.
Regularly update and maintain social media profiles on all platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the Real Estate agents and Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Produce high-quality content, including property photos, virtual tours, market insights, and client success stories.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Conduct regular research to stay informed about Real Estate market trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations to keep strategies relevant and effective.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions to build strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on Social Media channels (original text, images, video etc).
Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.
Set up and optimize any pages within each platform to increase the visibility of any's social content.
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, industry partners to enhance the company brand visibility.
Design and execute paid social media campaigns to promote listings, events, and brand awareness.
Responsible for the development of social media campaigns.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
3-5 years previous experience in Marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Creativity and analytical skills to develop and evaluate effective marketing strategies.
