Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media Marketing Support will be: Building relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email.Identifying sales opportunities.Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.Performing consultative work in order to provide the best solution for the client's business goals.Providing custom recommendations tailored to client goals.Gathering feedback on advertising products in order to ensure continuous improvement.Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak native French + you have a good level of English (at least B2).You have a high school degree or already have a bachelor's degree.You have a sales or marketing background.You have a general understanding or interest in online marketing products.You are a strategic thinker.You have a drive for excellence and professionalism.You have excellent communication and listening skills.You are a true team player and willing to work with many different nationalities.What's in it for you?
