About the role
Led and managed the editorial team of a renowned sports news website, ensuring the production of high-quality journalistic content, audience engagement, and platform growth.
Your main responsibilities
Create and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's objectives, using best market practices.
Produce relevant, creative, and engaging content for various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage the company's social media profiles, responding to comments and messages and interacting with the audience authentically and professionally.
Monitor the performance of social media campaigns and analyze the results to optimize strategies and achieve better outcomes.
Prepare periodic reports on social media performance, presenting relevant data and insights to the marketing team.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in social media, seeking new opportunities to boost the brand's online presence.

A bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and audience engagement.
Demonstrate creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and engaging content that stands out on social media.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with the audience concisely and professionally.
Have knowledge and experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and others.
Demonstrate the ability to analyze social media data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize strategies.
