What are we looking for? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to administer our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing strategies, storytelling capabilities and demonstrate expertise in driving engagement and growth in the various social media platforms. It will be a plus if you are an AI enthusiast.
As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Responsibilities: Social Media Management : Oversee and manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram). Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
Content : Create, adjust and optimize content for different social media formats, working together with the medical team.
Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering positive community engagement.
Analytics : Track and report on social media metrics to measure performance and adjust strategy for further optimizations, guaranteeing community growth.
Brand : Protect and enhance Tonic's brand in all message communications.
Design : Use basic design skills to create visually appealing material adapted to each platform.
Trends & Best Practices : Stay updated and research about the latest social media trends and best practices.
Nice to have : Experience in boost post strategy and community groups management.
Who you are: BSc or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role, including creating social media strategies.
Significant experience leading a brand's social media platforms and initiatives.
Understanding of effective messaging and funnel optimization.
Excellent storytelling techniques, copywriting skills and ability to adapt and optimize content for different social media formats.
Basic design skills, visual sensitivity and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, AdobeSpark).
Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Effective time-management, prioritization, multitasking skills and highly organized.
Experience with the following tools is a plus: braze, retool, airtable and click up.
