Amorim Luxury, a leading group in the luxury sector in Portugal, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the group's social media strategy, ensuring that all online interactions reflect the exclusive and sophisticated nature of our brands.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy Development:Create and manage the social media strategy for Amorim Luxury brands, aligning it with the group's overall communication and positioning goals.Develop strategic content calendars for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Monitor trends and innovations in social media, proposing creative solutions to keep the digital presence current and competitive.Content Creation and Management:Collaborate with internal and external teams (design, photography, video) to produce high-quality and visually impactful content.Develop engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, that reflects the luxury and exclusivity associated with Amorim Luxury brands.Ensure that the brand's tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and activities using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights, etc.Generate performance reports and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.Adjust strategies based on data and insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.Community Management:Manage and nurture the online community, responding to comments and interactions in a timely manner aligned with the brand's values of exclusivity and excellence.Foster relationships with followers, partners, and influencers, promoting an engaged and loyal community.Monitor brand conversations on social media and act swiftly to manage the brand's digital reputation.Influencer and Partner Collaboration:Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with influencers and strategic partners, ensuring these partnerships align with the brand's image and objectives.Manage influencer campaigns from planning to performance analysis.Internal Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, PR, and events teams to ensure integrated and cohesive communication across all social media platforms.Participate in the development of 360º campaigns, ensuring social media plays a central role in promoting and communicating brand initiatives.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing social media, preferably in luxury, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.Technical Skills:Experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Insights).Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.Knowledge of paid and organic social media strategies.Photography or video editing skills are a plus.Personal Skills:Creativity, a strong aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Proactive, passionate about social media, and up-to-date with digital trends.
