Job description - what you will get to do:Assist in building a social media strategy;Plan and create a social media calendar, ensuring consistency across various channels;Create timely relevant content to stay on top of the trends and create brand awareness;Analyse results, extracting insights to enhance performance and optimize social media strategies;Schedule content across the different social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc);Record and edit videos for social media (Reels, Tiktok);Interact with the community on different social media channels to drive engagement;Stay on top of marketing trends, tools, and technologies and identify new opportunities;Drive user acquisition and engagement while increasing brand affinity.Main requirements - you should:Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for creating engaging content;Ability to develop creative and innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement;Ability to analyse social media metrics and data to evaluate performance, discover insights, and make recommendations for improvement;Ability to work autonomously and set best practices;Willingness to learn and develop yourself with the support of the team and not afraid to experience new things;Have an analytical mind, using data to improve actions and future strategies;Problem-solving skills, business judgment, strategic and analytical capabilities;Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies and how they work;Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
