Position Summary As an individual contributor, the Social Media Expert accelerates the development and adoption of Nestlé's Social Media and Influencer Best Practices across key Nestlé brands supporting SBU's/GMB's, Zones and Markets. She/he also supports the adoption of the Nestlé operating models as well as the Social Media Management and Influencer tools as well as ensures a successful deployment of trainings and communication in collaboration with Global and Local Digital Marketing/eBusiness teams. A day in the life of... -Leads the Social Media Guidance ensuring a continuous relevancy vis a vis platforms and landscape evolution. Leads continuous capability building across SBUs, Zones and Markets through trainings and communities and ensures consistency with Sprinklr capabilities as well as integration with Content Studios' ways of working. -Leads the Influencer Marketing Framework, ensuring continuous refresh and relevancy. Leads continuous capability building across SBUs, Zones and Markets through trainings and communities and ensures consistency with Creator IQ capabilities. -Ensures Creative Best Practices as well as Creator Best Practices with global Platform Partners (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest etc) are built on the most recent research and learnings. Collaborates closely with them to drive awareness and build capabilities. -Functional Ownership of Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, working closely with MSE and supplier to drive adoption, platform development and identify, pilot and scale new modules and features. What will make you successful -More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with big Nestle/FMCG brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results. - Strong knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing. - Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects. - Knowledge of Nestle Content Studio Operations. - Basic knowledge in Content Production. - Result oriented
