Social Media Content Review In German (M/F/X)

We are seeking fluent German speakers in Porto to join our enthusiastic team of content reviewers!

Responsibilities:
Analyze and filter user-submitted content in German, including videos, photos, GIFs, and texts.
Ensure the service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services.
Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all relevant processes.

Qualifications:
Fluent in German (native level or C1 minimum) and reside in Porto.
Good English skills.
Available to work on-site in the city center of Porto (remote work is not possible).
Flexible with working hours, including the ability to work 24/7 shifts (including weekends and night shifts, with 2 days off in a 7-day span).
Great attention to detail and strong work ethics.
Good communication skills and adherence to guidelines.
