We are seeking fluent German speakers in Porto to join our enthusiastic team of content reviewers!

As a German Content Review Agent, you will:
Analyze and filter user-submitted content in German, including videos, photos, GIFs, and texts.
Ensure the service delivered meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and services.
Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all relevant processes.

competências
We are looking for candidates who:
Are fluent in German (native level or C1 minimum) and reside in Porto.
Have good English skills.
Are available to work on-site in the city center of Porto (remote work is not possible).
Can be flexible with working hours, including the ability to work 24/7 shifts (including weekends and night shifts, with 2 days off in a 7-day span).
Possess great attention to detail and strong work ethics.
Have good communication skills and adhere to guidelines.
Are team players.
