.Position Summary: As a Social Intelligence Specialist , you will be working closely with the Global Social Intelligence team supporting our global network of analysts in delivering high-quality social intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations. By collaborating with the team and stakeholders, you will ensure a clear interpretation of requests and map business needs to coach the teams to success and provide valuable intelligence to our partners. Collaborate with Global Social Intelligence team to drive the social intelligence process consistency and support the team of analysts to ensure delivery and quality of social intelligence reports, dashboards and presentations. Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear request interpretation and business need mapping to provide tailored social intelligence support. Curate and oversee the process of data collection, cleaning, processing, and visualization performed by social listening teams. Review reports generated by social listening teams, checking for accuracy, relevance and completeness. Provide feedback to the teams and coach them to success. Curate the integration & analysis of data from various sources (social listening, consumer engagement, search, website analytics, etc.) and lead the data synthesis & interpretation to provide relevant insights and recommendations. What will make you successful: University Degree in market research, statistics, marketing, business, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience working in Social Intelligence, Consumer Insights or research agency. Experience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (ideally Talkwalker, Synthesio, Sprinklr or similar). Experience working with SEO tools like SEMrush, Similar Web is a plus. Proficiency in advanced Boolean logic operators and search syntax. Experience working with integrated data sets and cross-platform data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and trends across multiple data sources. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop and present data-driven analysis to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Fluent spoken and written knowledge of English.
