Social Bartender For Hostel

Our hostel in the heart of Lisbon is seeking a Social Bartender. This role is about more than just serving; it's about creating an atmosphere where our guests feel at home, make new friends, and have a great time.
What You'll Do:
Spend time mingling with guests to make them feel welcome
Serve some drinks and snacks
Organise small social events, games, or themed nights at the bar
Create a lively, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome
What We're Looking For:
Outgoing, sociable personality and genuine interest in meeting people from around the world
Previous bar experience is a plus, but not at all a requirement; openness to learn is what's important
Ability to create a comfortable environment where guests feel encouraged to stay and socialise
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Speaking Portuguese is a plus, but not required
Valid work permit to work in Portugal
