We at Pleo are looking for a hands-on, experienced SMB Account Executive to join our DACH team (based in Lisbon) and work closely with the clients in Pleo's 'Small' Segment.
Responsibilities: Generate revenue from our 'Small' segment clients in the DACH region.Close new business deals primarily from inbound leads, generated by our marketing team.Grow revenue and upsell to existing clients.Responsible for accurate forecasting and managing your pipeline hygiene.Qualifications: Complete fluency in German, as well as English (our company language).Prior experience in a sales or account management role, either in outbound prospecting or inbound work.Successful track record as an SDR or experience within a closing and/or upselling role.Experience within a similar SaaS company is a bonus.Demonstrated drive and ability to constantly learn, grow, and adapt to change.Ability to communicate confidently on phone and via other outreach methods.Benefits: Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending).Financial & practical support with relocation to Portugal, if needed.Lunch provided in our Lisbon, Copenhagen, and London offices.25 days of PTO + public holidays.Private health insurance with Médis.Hybrid work setup: 3 days per week in the Lisbon office.Option to purchase 5 additional days of holiday through salary sacrifice.Wellbeing days - fully paid days off designed for self-care.Access to LinkedIn Learning for continuous personal and professional development.Paid parental leave.Why join us?
