Gross Salary:
€1,059 per month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment). €1,401 per month if accommodation is not required.
Job Overview:
Role: Content Reviewer on the Chatbot team.
Responsibilities:
Content Review: Evaluate online social media, webpages, and advertising content to ensure compliance with client policies.
Visual Navigation: Review various forms of content such as images, videos, accounts, and text.
Policy Enforcement: Use internal tools to escalate policy violations.
Quality Maintenance: Ensure a high standard of quality in each case reviewed.
Productivity: Meet weekly productivity targets.
Task Prioritization: Organize daily tasks based on client priorities.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, offering insights and recommendations.
Support Flexibility: Occasionally assist with different workflows, products, or markets.
This role is ideal for someone meticulous, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is keen on ensuring that content meets strict standards of quality and compliance. Please note relocation to Lisbon is mandatory as this is an office-based role. B2 English is required.
