Job Overview:
Role: Content Reviewer on the Chatbot team.Responsibilities: Reviewing content to ensure there are no violations or illegal activities, focusing on word ambiguity and hierarchy. The position involves managing internet content for a prominent client specializing in internet searching and video sharing platforms.Impact: Directly influence the quality of the client's social media and advertising products by maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Daily Job Duties:
Content Review: Evaluate online social media, webpages, and advertising content to ensure compliance with client policies.Visual Navigation: Review various forms of content such as images, videos, accounts, and text.Policy Enforcement: Use internal tools to escalate policy violations.Quality Maintenance: Ensure a high standard of quality in each case reviewed.Productivity: Meet weekly productivity targets.Task Prioritization: Organize daily tasks based on client priorities.Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, offering insights and recommendations.Support Flexibility: Occasionally assist with different workflows, products, or markets.

Please note Relocation to Lisbon is Mandatory as this is an office based role.B2 English is required.
