You will join DM, IM for Corporate Functions and Transverse Products teams. Our mission is todeliver innovative IT solutionsthat support digital transformation and efficient operations of Airbus Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, Corporate Affairs, Facilities Management, Corporate Security, M&A, Legal, …) and Transverse Products (Extended Enterprise, Archiving,Skywise, Airline Science, Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence).
Established in partnership with Palantir in the frame of Airbus Digital Transformation strategy initiated in 2016,Skywise is an open data platformdriving the digital revolution in the aviation industry by makingdata shareable, open and transparent to unlock efficiency and value creationalong the complete value chain (Supply Chain, Airbus Operations and Airlines).
Theambition of Skywiseis to create shared value for the entire aerospace industry,becoming the open data platform of referenceused to support digital transformation for all participants.
In 2021, Skywise joined Airbus Information Management organisation, hence warranting its transversal mission across all Airbus business functions, and also,ensuring its transition toward the future Airbus Information System(based on three pillars SAP, 3DX and Big Data Platforms), while maximizing Airbus' digital potential around its ecosystem. In this new frame, Skywise became a dedicated Product Service Line (PSL) composed of three main Products Lines:

Skywise for Airlines & their Ecosystem

Furthermore, Skywise will enable Airbus tobecome a data driven company, to improve performance today, to deliver new generations of products and services, and unlock new business models.
Through this key position, theSkywise Fundamentals Product(DMSF) team is looking fora talented and passionate Skywise Ontology Proxy Product Owner m/fto support the Product Owner for maximizing the value delivered by the Skywise Ontology team, defining and maintaining the team backlog and contributing to the design of intuitive and user-centric Skywise digital solutions for Airbus and Airline users.
You will work in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment and will closely collaborate with different development trains, stakeholders and end users to ensure that the digital solutions meet users and business needs.

Tasks and responsibilities:
support the Product Owner :
Responsible for the Skywise Ontology Team backlog management and prioritization
In charge of sprint and iteration planning (recorded in Version One)
Translate product design roadmap into well defined capas, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with Solution Management to maintain a prioritized Team backlog to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value
Manage dependencies between the data governance, the Data Product Teams, the subject matter expert to ensure that the work is properly coordinated across the different teams
Collaborate with different Agile Teams to define the logical data models
Collaborate with Skywise Platform vendor (PALANTIR)
Follow the performance and progress of the team's work and have an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Contribute to the team's continuous improvement
Represent the Skywise Ontology Team in Solution and Trains SAFe ceremonies and meetings (Daily Stand Up, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Team Retrospective, System Demos, Innovation week…)
Manage the operation with the data modelers / business analyst / development team
Coordinate the data modelers / business analyst / development team during the collaborative session with data governance / data custodian, data product team, business specialists.
Data needs capture
Data models design (architecture & detailed design)
Data model validation by stakeholders
Manage the support : tickets / issues (foundry, Service Now, Salesforce)
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Technical Skills :
Educated to a 5 years' degree level (or equivalent) in the field of computer science or engineering
Knowledge and proven experience in data modeling concepts and techniques
Knowledge of various industrial business domains (e.g engineering, manufacturing, quality, support….)
Understanding the needs and problem solving skills around data
Knowledge of databases and query languages ??(SQL, etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of JAVA and Python programming languages is a plus
Ability to lead the development team and make decisions that align with the overall business strategy
Knowledge and experience in agile processes and practices (Scrum/Kanban, SAFe)
Language skills : an advanced level of English
