Our Vision for this role In your new role as Site Reliability Engineer, you will support us right in the heart of our SaaS, as an integral member of the Site Reliability Engineering team. You will be responsible for the Contentserv product, working in close relations with our software developers and infrastructure engineers, but also with our security and QA colleagues.

Develop, maintain, and support our own Docker-based workloads Own the product deployment and upgrade process end to end Support and troubleshoot running customer-facing services Work 50% of your time with our product teams, ensuring much-needed improvements get defined, explained, worked on, and rolled out Continuously help improve both our product and the infrastructure underneath, by taking the responsibility together with your team Define reliability metrics and ensure they are kept by all the systems you oversee Be part of our On-Call and On-Duty rotations Your profile – What do you need to fit in? Minimum qualifications 2+ years proven experience with Linux CLI 2+ years proven experience with Docker or other container technology 3+ years proven experience with BASH and one of PHP/Python/Golang 1+ years proven experience with GIT You have good knowledge over a multitude of technologies (from Linux Kernel and Load Balancing to PHP, AWS S3, from container orchestration to MySQL/MariaDB and Elasticsearch) B2 English Preferred qualifications 1+ years proven experience with configuration management tools (Ansible; Saltstack; Puppet; Chef etc) 1+ years proven experience with Kubernetes 3+ years proven experience managing clustered Linux servers 2+ years experience working in a team, on large GIT projects 3+ years proven experience with GitLab CI (or other similar automation tools) 3+ years proven experience with Prometheus and Grafana 2+ years proven experience managing Elasticsearch clusters 2+ years proven experience managing MySQL / MariaDB Proven experience troubleshooting complex issues Your personality – Be a part of our relentless pioneer strategy: Communication: you like to share your knowledge with your colleagues and to document your work Curiosity: You want to find out the root cause of problems and fix them permanently.
