Skills and attributes of the Site Manager:Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;More than 3 years' experience in a construction management or supervisory role, with experience in retail or office work considered preferential;Proficiency in computer tools (Office, AutoCad, Project and Peoplesoft) and good knowledge of English;Ease of interpersonal relationships, customer orientation, versatility and flexibility to adapt to different contexts and interlocutors;Leadership skills and proactivity;Negotiation skills and results orientation;Willingness to travel within the country;The main objectives of the project will be to:Manage all stages of the work in accordance with the budget, planning, quality and JLL image, ensuring coordination with all parties involved;Define, choose and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, according to the specifics of each project;Draw up internal construction control maps, Cost Plan and Production Management Dashboard, Construction Procedures, Planning, Provisional Receipts and Closing of Accounts, analyzing deviations and proposing corrections when necessary;Request the necessary permits for the work to be carried out.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements below.
