As a Site Identification Specialist, you will work closely with the Site Identification Functional Lead focused on identifying potential sites across the UK for studies newly awarded to ICON. Through this role, you will enhance your prior knowledge of the local healthcare system to become a country expert on the investigator profile, healthcare setting, and standard of care to ensure that the best sites are approached for the relevant therapeutic area of interest of a given study. Your background and experience: You will likely have a blend of the following skills: Educated with a degree in Life Sciences. Previous exposure to the healthcare landscape in the UK, understanding which hospitals are particularly noted for key treatments and hence would likely have access to relevant patient populations. Great communication skills which will enable you to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Highly organized in managing to keep all the relevant documentation and data up-to-date, complete, and accurate. Ability to multi-task is essential.
