As a Shipping Specialist, what are you going to do?
Planning the logistics interface with Requirements of Project Deliverables;
Sales order execution and preparation of all transport documentation (for national and international transport);
Request for quotations and award of transport services;
Billing Controls of Logistics Outsourcing and Transport operations;
Basic notions of Customs, International Trade, Letters of Credits and international Standards of Transport Operations;
Execution of the expedition map (daily and weekly);
Ensure compliance with safety standards established for the area.
What are the skills and professional experience we're expecting from you?
Degree in Engineering or Management;
2 to 5 years of experience;
Acknowledge of incoterms - legislation;
Proactivity;
Autonomy;
Analytical thinking;
Team-work;
Good level of English;
Working under pressure;
Time Management.
