This department is responsible for providing all the tools that employees need to carry out their work, including the sales and technical service departments, among others. The purpose of this position is to stay on top of any administrative issues that may arise and resolve them so that these professionals can focus on their activities.Your responsibilities will include:Managing travel and expenses through a specific application.Handling eventual travel incidents, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.Controlling all services and materials necessary for the internal operation of the company.Contacting various service and material suppliers for internal operations.Employee Asset Management includes employee cars and related car items, company lines and phones.
