Position: German-Speaking Customer Service Representative ? Start Date: 21st October 2024 Location: Remote (must reside in Porto) Salary: 1,100 per month (x14) + Sales Bonus up to 120 What You'll Do: As a Customer Service Representative for this prestigious cruise line, your role will involve: Inbound Sales : Help customers book their dream cruise vacations by assisting with inquiries and recommending the best packages to meet their needs.
Upselling and Cross-Selling : Maximize sales by promoting additional services, upgrades, and other products to enhance the customer experience.
Post-Booking Support : Assist customers with their bookings, including modifications, cancellations, or special requests.
Travel Agent Assistance : Provide expert support to travel agents in booking and managing cruise reservations for their clients.
General Customer Assistance : Offer detailed information on cruise destinations, ships, required travel documentation, pricing, and more.
You will be key in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience, from the initial inquiry to post-booking management.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday : 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Sunday : 08:00 - 17:00 Occasional Extended Hours : You must be available from 08:00 - 19:00 occasionally.
Days off : 2 days off per week (rotative) Comprehensive Training: You will receive full training to set you up for success, including: 2 weeks of product and systems training to help you become an expert on cruise packages.
2 weeks of nesting to practice your skills with live customer interactions under supervision.

Proficient in English (B2 level) : Good working knowledge of English is required for training and internal communication.
Sales-Oriented : You have a natural ability to upsell and cross-sell, always keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
Customer-Focused : Passionate about delivering excellent service and solving problems efficiently.
Adaptable to Rotative Shifts : Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Tech-Savvy : Familiar with basic computer tools and quick to learn new systems.
