Together, we dare to disrupt and turn our bold ideas into reality.Great people make Schneider Electric a great company.As a Services Sales Engineer - Account Manager you will be accountable for the promotion and sales of a broad range of technical services including maintenance, spare parts, testing, retrofit, modernization, consulting and digital Services of all major manufacturer's electrical equipment (Medium and Low Voltage) installed at the customer's site.You will be accountable for the selling of turnkey projects ranging from simple replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing SE customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications and maintenance agreements to meet or exceed his/her profitable sales target.You will develop new sales opportunities and address the needs of established accounts, utilize excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs. You will create Service proposals and close them facing the customer. You will interact with other account managers from the BUs, and also with Services Inside Sales, BU Development and Marketing teams. You will have to increase the mix of Service Plans sales and Consultation Services as a top priority.Essential Responsibilities:Develops account profiles and executes the sales planApplies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiencesClearly identify the customer ecosystem, being able to create a win-win relation with existing partnersSecures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery...)Explore the customer installed base, recognizing services opportunitiesBe the customers "trusted advisor" throughout the asset lifecyclePrepares sales quotations and proposals with the help of quotation team in respect of Services expected margin.Analyze, negotiate contractual conditions, and close deals, seeking to maintain a long-term business relationship (recurring deals) and ensuring profitabilityWorks closely with BU/Key account manager and the Inside Service Sales Representatives to maximize business opportunities.Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management and for Account PlanningP rovides monthly forecasts and s ummaries in a timely mannerParticipates in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance"Feeds" the Field Services Marketing leaders with Offers feedback and needsEducates customers on all SE products and services with special attention on Recurring and digital OffersProvides mentoring, coaching and guidance to other sales employeesCoordinates and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as neededThe successful candidate should have a degree level education, preferably in engineering.5-10 years of technical sales experienceAbility to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customersThorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the productProficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related toolsExcellent organizational skillsLet us learn about you!
