Job Description Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development.
Developing Service Request process flow with respect to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.
Develop reusable utilities to maintain low-code.
Develop Service Portal according to user requirements for custom application utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.
Responsible for developing the ServiceNow applications which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, AngularJS to meet the Business requirements.
Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.
Performs system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.
Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data.
Qualifications Technical Skills:
Computer Science or equivalent.
ServiceNow Developer.
ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologies.
ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, BCM preferred but not required.
