Join us in this project and start making a contribution to innovation in the industry! We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with ITSM ServiceNow as a Business Analyst;
Previous experience with "Employee Center";
Internal User Portal;
Experience with CMDB, Service Request, Catalog, UX/UI and Change/Incident/Request;
Fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops to harmonize functional needs to accommodate other ITSM tools, such as CMDB, Discovery, Sailpoint, AD, etc.
Identify interdependencies with the CSM tool;
Specify and implement the needs expressed by different entities to transform them into ServiceNow solutions;
Redesign the internal service request portal presented to employees.
