As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the areas of IRM, BCM, and SecOps.
You will provide application development and maintenance along with technical support by following ServiceNow platform best practices.
The scope includes Cyber Security and IT Risk (IRM, BCM & SecOps).
Main Tasks:
Configuration/Coding, which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, and custom application development.
Developing Service Request process flows according to user requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, and Notifications.
Develop reusable utilities to maintain low-code.
Develop Service Portal according to user requirements for custom applications utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.
Responsible for developing ServiceNow applications, which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Server-side/Client-side scripting, and AngularJS to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.
Analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.
Perform system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.
Provide support to Analysts on technical feasibilities or data.
Technical Skills:
Computer Science or equivalent
ServiceNow Developer
ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies
ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, and BCM preferred but not required.
