What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.Stay updated on Volkswagen Group's latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Hungarian (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech.Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.Have a passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
