If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Technical Service Representative in Oeiras - Taguspark, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role
As a Technical Service Representative, you will:
Handle Air Conditioner contacts by phone
Manage complaints (VOC Management)
Drive NPS
Propose maintenance and warranty extension for particular AC products
Control requests for specific AC products and provide simple proposals to analyze the product
Manage installations coming through the Online Store channel
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of European Portuguese (written and oral)
Have relevant experience as an Air Conditioning technician or assistant AC technician (is a plus)
Have proficient PC skills
Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
