What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience. Staying updated on Volkswagen Group's latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information. Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Portuguese (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2) Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
