Service Operations Analyst (Junior)

In this project you'll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

The job consists in prioritizing and progressing resolution of faults or queries on the full range of systems across all clients, suggesting methods to build and implement measurable improvements to the services, undertaking project work and the implementation of change by performing a QA after any work.

Degree, CET or equivalent in a computer related subject;Knowledge on fundamental Unix/Linux;Knowledge on scripting languages such as Shell or Python is important for the daily activities;Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes is a plus;Enthusiasm combined with a collaborative attitude;Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;English is a must, as it will be used on a daily basis to communicate with other teams and customers;
