Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or similar; At least 3 years of professional experience in Service Management; Experience in optimizing the service from an analytical point of view; Close contact between technical teams and the business; Experience in preparing reports and creating KPIs; Good knowledge of Power BI and Excel; Experience in the banking or financial sector will be valued; Good leadership and communication skills; Client-oriented.
