Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager for a challenging project.

What you'll do:

Coordination, planning, and management of service delivery teams.

Ensuring service delivery aligns with the ITIL framework.

Coordination and execution of service activities and compliance.

Coordination of unplanned actions that may result in service interruption or degradation.

Delivery of reports and organization of meetings.

Analysis and recommendation of service improvements.

What you will need to bring:

A minimum of 3 years of experience accumulated within the last 5 years in tasks related to IT service management, with a strong focus on outsourcing services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Access and Excel.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
