Service Manager

What we're looking for:

5 years of experience as an IT Service Manager or IT Project Manager
Experience in different technological solutions such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, etc.
Experience within APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace / AppDynamics / Datadog / NewRelic)
Experience in identifying operational risks to service and ensuring mitigation actions
Expertise in Java troubleshooting and Cloud environments
Fluent in spoken and written English
