Responsibilities:

Activity planning
Resource allocation and management
Responsible for the process
Responsible for process quality
Operation monitoring and control
Minimum Requirements:
Service management experience in solutions within the scope of team management and leadership.

ITIL and DevOps knowledge.

Specialized technical and methodological skills to manage ITIL-based operations projects, programs, or work teams of more than 5 employees.

A minimum of 7 years' experience in IS/IT operations and/or development and have managed critical services for more than 5 years.

Availability to work on-site.

English and Spanish (advantage).
