Academic qualifications at the 12th year level;Proven professional experience in the service control process and its SLAs;Professional experience in operating ITSM tools, with a focus on ServiceNow;Ability to create documentation that highlights the status of the service and its possible improvements;Solid knowledge of the Incident Management and Change Management process;Good knowledge in building service dashboards and creating analyzes in Power BI;ITIL, Power BI and MS Excel training and/or certifications are valued;Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English;Good communication and teamwork skills;Strong customer orientation and service quality;Spirit of initiative and autonomy.Work with us
