This role is a key part of the Cision Insights team, focused on ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of our Insights products and services. The position involves working collaboratively with in-house teams and third-party providers to meet business goals and exceed customer expectations.
Duties and responsibilities:Vendor Performance Analysis: Evaluate vendor deliveries to ensure alignment with Cision client requirements.Issue Escalation: Work closely with managers and internal teams to address and resolve any challenges, ensuring customer needs are consistently met.Data Management: Record data accurately and create detailed reports for internal and external use.Vendor Collaboration: Lead and manage weekly meetings with vendors to maintain quality and address performance.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in processes and services delivered.Automation Oversight: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support and oversee the automation of key processes.Essential Skills and Experience:Education: Degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Languages: Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.Experience: At least 2 years of experience working independently and meeting deadlines.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Excel is required.Experience with Power BI and working with vendors is a plus.Data Enthusiast: A strong interest in working with data.Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, and a high sense of responsibility.What You Will Get:Pension PlanHealth InsuranceLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramCision Global Charitable Giving ProgramIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you and you believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role, we'd love to hear from you!
