Job Description:We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational leader in the global food retail sector. They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a SEO Team Leader (M/F) for their office located in Linda-a-Velha.Main responsibilities:Act as the go-to person for any Search-related topics;Review and analyze the company's websites for areas that can be improved and optimized;Measure results of the strategy implementation with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and BrightEdge;Monitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversions, and other trends;Keep other team members up-to-date with SEO best practices and guidelines;Work on specific large-scale SEO projects;Develop documentation;Perform ad-hoc tasks (e.g., testing new functionalities);Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams;Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets;Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved); decision-making experience;Mentor and support Search Specialists.Ideal Profile:Bachelor's or master's degree in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business Administration, or any other related field;Proficiency in English (spoken and written);1-2 years experience in managing a team;Proven work experience with SEO or similar role; familiarity with SEO and keyword research;Hands-on experience with website measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam, etc.);Proven leadership and good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, with excellent response times);Ability to work with high-volume, complex tasks with great attention to detail;Ability to collaborate effectively and independently across functions/teams and projects;Ability to make decisions.We offer:Direct job contract with Nestlé;Competitive salary and annual bonus according to your performance;Flex Benefits - you can choose what benefit is more suitable for you;Hybrid work schedule (Linda-a-Velha);Career progression and possibilities for International Career;Initial and continuing training.We're waiting for you.
