Job Description:We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational leader in the global food retail sector. They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a SEO Team Leader (M/F) for their office located in Linda-a-Velha.Main responsibilities:Act as the go-to person for any Search-related topics; Review and analyze the company's websites for areas that can be improved and optimized; Measure results of the strategy implementation with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and BrightEdge; Monitor and report performance of traffic, rankings, conversions, and other trends; Keep other team members up-to-date with SEO best practices and guidelines; Work on specific large-scale SEO projects; Develop documentation;Perform ad-hoc tasks (e.G., testing new functionalities); Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams; Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets; Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved); decision-making experience; Mentor and support Search Specialists.Ideal Profile:Bachelor's or master's degree in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business Administration, or any other related field; Proficiency in English (spoken and written); 1-2 years experience in managing a team; Proven work experience with SEO or similar role; familiarity with SEO and keyword research; Hands-on experience withwebsite measurement tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam, etc.); Proven leadership and good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, with excellent response times); Ability to work with high-volume, complex tasks with great attention to detail; Ability to collaborate effectively and independently across functions/teams and projects; Ability to make decisions.We offer:Direct job contract with Nestlé; Competitive salary and annual bonus according to your performance; Flex Benefits - you can choose what benefit is more suitable for you; Hybrid work schedule (Linda-a-Velha); Career progression and possibilities for International Career; Initial and continuing training.We're waiting for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
