Our team works hard to create innovative physical spaces as well as leading edge employee programming that gives our teams the resources they need to be successful from wherever they are.ResponsibilitiesProvides coordination and support for delivery of Workplace ServicesLiaise with vendors, building managers and landlords as neededMaintains awareness of the workspace and submits janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed, communicating with appropriate partners to address issuesMaintain and coordinate the cleanliness and safety of assigned buildings and areas, kitchens, equipment, etc.Assists with light duty activities such as adjusting monitor arms, tightening screws on chairs, and adjusting cables under desks. Assists with meeting set up, furniture reset, and delivering temporary equipment and supplies.Assist the Food & Beverage program, including placing and stocking orders as necessaryCoordinate all in-office events for employees and provide building tours for new employeesLead internal communications on up-to-date building events, maintenance, safety and other issuesResponsible for F&B and office supplies budget managementManage the courier accountCoordinates larger projects, such as furniture reconfigurations and/or movesSkills RequiredMinimum 2 years of experience in Office & Workplace Management - cleaning, security, food & beverage and eventsExperience in Vendor ManagementExperience with light repair of furnitureExperience with Envoy, Expensify, Asana, S2 is a plusExperience with Google products: Sheets, Docs, Gmail etcAbility to work on their own and in a teamExperience with ProjectsFluent in EnglishAvailable to work in our Lisbon officeZendesk is an equal opportunity employer, and we're proud of our ongoing efforts to foster global diversity, equity, & inclusion in the workplace.
