You will champion our design philosophy, drive innovation, and ensure the continuous evolution of our design practices and product aestheticsExperience3+ years experience as a UX/UI DesignerProficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam and other relevant tools.Strong understanding and ability to incorporate analytics design principles and standard processes.Previous experience in a senior role within a design team, demonstrating the ability to mentor designers, lead design projects, and collaborate across departments.Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to completion, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
