Scope of the job Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes using Figma and FigJam. Understand product specifications and user psychology. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. Apply our brand's design system & recommend/enhance new components. Analyze & apply feedback from the Product management team (which includes user feedback). Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.G., usability, findability). Consult with our team to understand goals. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers & product leaders. Manage & prioritize a queue of work projects. A self-starter. Your proactivity is a cornerstone in coming up with product improvements as well as shaping processes that enable our design team's ability to deliver. Deep user empathy. You are restless in understanding our customers and envisioning elegant product solutions to serve their needs. Exceptional communicator. Mastery in distilling simplicity from complex requirements. Thanks to your expertise in interaction design and information architecture, including user stories, flow charts, and journey maps. Experience 3+ years experience as a UX/UI Designer. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding and ability to incorporate analytics design principles and standard processes. Previous experience in a senior role within a design team, demonstrating the ability to mentor designers, lead design projects, and collaborate across departments
