We use functional programming and advanced CI/CD pipeline and kanban approach that enables us to deploy to production 20-30 times a day.Our Team spans multiple geographies with a focus in Portugal, India and Copenhagen. We have developed methodologies to enable effective remote working and, although office facilities are available when needed or if you prefer the office environment, the norm is for people to work from home.Your roleAs a Senior UX/UI/ Service Designer, you will work with and across teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to enable the team to deliver and iterate on high-quality services that deliver user and business value daily.You will be actively engaged with the teams in building the platform to:Perform user research and rapid synthesis on your findings and share them out.Understand the business processes which enable the value for our users to take place.Develop an empathy for how our infrastructure affects the way we build our services. You will lean into the realities of shipping and underlying technologies we use to deliver and maintain our services over time.Create user personas and journey maps to represent different user types and their interactions with the product.Develop sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to outline the structure and flow of the user interface.Ensure that the interactions are intuitive and enhance the overall user experience.Align design with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.Build high-fidelity prototypes to simulate the user experience.Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on the design and identify areas for improvement.Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.Please apply if youThrive in early-stage environments where the question of what to build is as critical as how to build it.Are energized by digging into details of issues with current services and creating a case for change.
